We are at the mercy of Royal Mail - so do contact us if you think you have a heavy-handed post-person who has caused damage to your parcel.&#xA0;The macarons are protected with biodegradable packing pellets (these dissolve in water - they are made from cornstarch) so that they arrive intact.&#xA0;All of our packaging is recyclable.&#xA0;
