Once your order has been placed and payment successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number; this will start with #mm. Please quote this in any correspondence you might need to have with us. On dispatch you will receive another email which confirms that our team have dispatched your order. This will contain a tracking number.

You will also receive updates from Royal Mail directly via your email address and mobile number if included during ordering.

Tracking information may not be immediately available as Royal Mail collect from us at approximately 4pm. The tracking will be updated at this point. The easiest way to keep an eye on your shipment is using the Royal Mail Track & Trace website here.
