If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number (this starts with #mm). You can reply to your confirmation email, use our online chat facility via the website, email [email protected] or, give us a call on 0131 2855820 option 1. Our phone lines are open 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order or issue a refund. Please note that cancellation on the day of dispatch may not be possible if your order has already been packed.
