How can I ensure my order arrives at a specific time?Updated 5 months ago

While we aim to meet specific delivery requirements, we are unable to provide exact delivery time windows with our standard dispatch methods. If you require delivery to be made within a certain time frame, we suggest providing an alternative address where someone can receive the delivery if it's not possible for the recipient to be available. 

Our 1-2 Day Shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is a fully trackable service and whilst no signature is required at point of delivery, many post people do insist on handing the shipment to a resident or nominated safe place or preferred neighbour. 

Our Guaranteed Next Day Shipping and Special Delivery by 1pm are both signed for services, and a resident must be present to accept this. We cannot be held accountable for any delays in delivery if the recipient is not home. 

In both cases the Track and Trace Royal Mail system is the easiest way to keep informed with the timing of your deliveries.
