Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated 2 months ago

We are only able to offer a refund in case of order cancellation cancelled or if the items are proven to be faulty and that the fault is in the production of the product. We will require pictures taken within 24 hours of receiving the order.

However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
