We do ask that orders are placed online, however if you do have a question or an issue regarding ordering please do give the customer service team a call on 0131 2855820 option 1. They can assist with placing the order over the phone if you'd prefer to do it this way.

If you do want to order by phone please have the delivery address to hand so we can enter this for you. We also ask that you check your order confirmation email carefully and notify us of any required amendments immediately.
